Optimal Land have recently undertaken a full development assessment of a site, currently used as a petrol station, for a landowner in Enfield. The owner had recently obtained resolution to grant at planning committee but came to us for advice as he wanted to know if he had maximised the full development potential of the site. Having undertaken a full review of the planning drawings, we identified several weaknesses in the design that would effect the eventual sale price of the site to developers. The landowner is now amending the design accordingly and will seek to make the necessary amendments to his planning application submission with the Local Authority. Once these have been successfully completed Optimal Land will then look to sell the site for him.
